We directly take care of the entire production cycle: from the search for fabrics to the creation of the first prototype, from cutting to packaging, up to the delivery of the finished garments, every process takes place within our factories. In this way, the creative capital remains locked away within our laboratories and the entire production process is more linear and more fluid, reaching a productivity of 9,000 garments per week.

We offer a wide selection of fabrics, accessories and all those components that complete and make a piece of clothing unique. In selecting materials we focus on quality products, purchasing them directly from our trusted partners, with whom we have been collaborating on a stable basis for many years. Upon request, we can also purchase all materials directly from the customer's usual suppliers.

We have an internal modeling department that can transform a sketch into the first prototype of a collection. This service plays a crucial role in developing new ideas and identifying all those improvements that combine style, fit and manufacturability in a garment. Models and prototypes also allow us to optimize consumption for the various sizes and to develop placements for the cutting phase. Since the space between the pieces is close to zero, waste is reduced to a minimum. All our items are accompanied by technical sheets, cost sheets and consumption sheets.

Our laboratory has a room dedicated to automated cutting equipped with Lectra equipment, among the most technologically advanced. Combining speed and efficiency, we are able to cut any type of fabric (even with complex patterns and custom graphic motifs) for any type of model.

Assembly is one of the most important and delicate phases in the creation of a garment. Thanks to our experience, the packaging workers are able to create different types of products with precision and flexibility. The organization of the department allows us to combine optimal production fluidity with great attention to the most complex details.

The ironing department and quality control work closely with the rest of the production. Checks are carried out both during and at the end of the production process, on each individual garment. Our staff is able to pay due attention to every qualitative aspect of the product, guaranteeing the standards required by the customer. Upon request, we can take care of the packaging and delivery of the garments with our own means.
